How does it work?
Sign up and bring: 5 wide mouth quart jars w/lids, two ingredients and one dressing. Then fill up jars in the following order:
Dressing goes on the bottom
Hard Veggies:
carrots, cucumbers, onion, peppers, celery, zucchini, cooked beets, etc.
Soft Ingredients:
avocado, tomato, berries, citrus, mushrooms, strawberries, etc.
Proteins:
feta, goat, blue, shredded cheeses, chicken, eggs, tuna, pasta, rice noodles, nuts, seeds, etc.
Greens & Herbs
go on top
Salad Jars stay fresh in fridge for up to 5 days
so you can have lunches for most of the work week.
We will make salad for dinner and finish with light stretching and meditation.
